NPC: A ghostly figure
Long Desc: A ghostly figure floats here, lamenting his death.

This shade's mortal body was murdered many years ago, and unable to find
a way into the afterlife this doomed soul must walk in limbo for eternity or
until his soul is slain.  The figure's eyes look to you in pain beckoning
for you to help put an end to his miserable deadly existence.  The figure's
mouth begins to move and in a hallow echoing voice it replies, "Thou shall
slay me now, O your soul will be my replacement".
He is a wraith approximately 5'5" tall.
