NPC: The inn keeper
Long Desc: A scruffy little man sits here behind a desk fiddling with some keys.

This rather haggard looking little man stands before the entrance to the
Tavern's suites.  He seems to be fumbling with a large key ring, trying to
find the correct key to each room.  His clothes are in decent condition and
have bright patchwork on them.  His face is unshaven and his hair is messy.
It seems like he doesn't get a lot of time to groom himself.
He is a half-elf approximately 5'3" tall.
