NPC: A tavern patron
Long Desc: A patron of the tavern wanders aimlessly about.

This patron has decided to take a break from its long journeys through
the world of Alyria and relax in one of the fine rooms offered by the
tavern.  He wears drab clothing with a prismatic hat.  A small leather pouch
at its side carries a bottle of liquor to quench its thirst when travelling.
She is a half-elf approximately 5'1" tall.
