NPC: The Lich
Long Desc: The Lich rises from his throne and glares at you angrily.

The Lich looks much like a skeleton wrapped in tattered royal robes.  The
bones are bleached white with small dots of red light in its eye sockets and
gruesome fangs.  The Lich may have one time owned the castle above, but
decided that the crypts below suit his tastes more.  It is difficult to say
what the Lich may have looked like alive, the only real recognizable feature
from his bone structure that he probably had a large nose.  As the Lich
recognizes your arrival, a large grin begins to split its skull.  
It is a vampire approximately 5'5" tall.
