NPC: A blood-spattered henchman
Long Desc: A short, fat man with a sneer approaches you menacingly.

Too much Atlantian beer has taken its toll on this angry-looking man.
His significant belly hangs out the bottom of his wife-beater, exposing his
buttonless, hairy torso.  He's not drunk now, however, evidently one of the
few times in the past few years.  He reeks of alcohol and body odor, but his
eyes, set slightly too far apart, glint with malice.  Despite his baldness,
misshapen feet poking out of his holey shoes, and fat limbs, he's he's not
quite flawed like a human.  He's flawed like something, but human it isn't.
For now, however, his race isn't as important as what he's doing.
He is a unique approximately 4'7" tall.
