NPC: The Dracolich
Long Desc: The undead lich glares at the impudence of your intrusion.

Even before the ancient ones began their records the stories of this
dragon were being told, instilling fear and wonder in the hearts and minds
of all mortals.  When this huge beast was alive, it was one of the most
magnificent of its kind, soaring gracefully about the skies, the most
proficient of all the magic users.  Envying its beauty and power, an evil
sorcerer cast a spell on it, creating the most vile creature for his
bidding.  However, this dragon refused to die with its master, vowing to
live on and kill all the magic users in the world.  The Dracolich it is now,
feared by all, the dragonfear penetrating deep into the soul.  Flesh having
long since withered with the passing of time, it is now composed completely
of bone with two flaming orbs for eyes, seeming to search your heart for the
slightest weakness.
It is a dragon approximately 10'0" tall.
