Long Desc: A deckhand is here, maintaining the ship.

The deckhands of the Magencia clean up crow mess, maintain the sails, and
make sure everything is neat and tidy.  They can actually do a decent job
when they are sober, but as you've already seen, that is a rarity.  This
deckhand seems content swabbing the deck and singing sea chanties.  Life
must be lonely and pretty much a boring existance for this man of the sea.
Which helps explain the drinking problems he has.
