NPC: Retired Admiral Jarvha
Long Desc: An old dracon sits back in his chair, smoking a pipe.

The Admiral is a smiling, friendly old man, softer in his retirement than
he was in active duty.  Determined to not let civilian life wear him down,
he has prohibited bad news from entering his humble home.  He only allows
the relatively young to visit him, so that he may share with them food,
stories, company and help.
He is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
