NPC: A fiendish wizard
Long Desc: A tall minotaur casts about impatiently, distractedly wrapping his beard around his finger.

This fiendish wizard obviously has malicious intent, but exactly what is
less concrete.  He mutters and curses under his breath, guttural noises that
you can't even feel, but still feel dirtied by.  He fidgets constantly,
occasionally drawing a violet spellbook out of his voluminous robes,
thinking better of it, and replacing it.  Whatever this man wants, it is
probably best for the world that he doesn't get.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'9" tall.
