NPC: Charles Billingsworth III
Long Desc: A furious-looking reindeer stands here, pacing quickly, his nose shining blood-red.

Charles Billingsworth III is a terrible name.  A truly awful, horrendous
name.  Due to that, this unfortunate reindeer is looked down upon by many of
his fellow pack animals, despite his position as the leader of Vendredi's
reindeer, and his awe-inspiring luminescent nose.  Charles' command is a
no-brainer, being the smartest reindeer, and indeed, one of the brightest
minds, human or not, within Sigil.  Not only a genius within the body of a
reindeer, but the body of a physically perfect reindeer, possessing the best
bodily qualities of the other reindeers combined.  Now that he is on strike,
he seems an imposing figure indeed, particularly with his mysterious, lit
nose.
He is a deer approximately 3'9" tall.
