NPC: A filthy rat
Long Desc: A filthy rat squeaks here, gathering crumbs it finds on the floor.

You see a filthy rat scurrying about in random directions.  The rats are
almost a part of the crew on the Magencia, cleaning up the crumbs and debris
from the ships deck.  Quite possibly better than those drunken deckhands you
saw earlier and some janitors you have seen.  Not really something you would
care for as a pet, but the crew seems to welcome them as a nasty mascot of
sorts.
It is a rodent approximately 1'6" tall.
