Long Desc: Giggling, a bluish-skinned woman dives under the water.

A woman of the elements, the sprite glides through the stream with great
ease and grace.  Known for their enjoyment for overturning boats and teasing
swimmers they are sometimes feared and attacked without provocation.  Never
without a smile these creatures put forth an almost innocent demeanor.
She is a sprite approximately 0'3" tall.
