NPC: A water troll
Long Desc: A troll with bluish skin and sea-green hair rises from the water.

A smaller relative of the giant trolls you have seen, this one seems less
dangerous, but looks can be deceiving.  The arms and legs of this troll are
blue-green and muscled so well that it stands perfectly still in currents
that nearly force you down to the ground.  Perhaps you should find somewhere
else to go, and quickly.
It is a troll approximately 10'6" tall.
