NPC: A dark faerie
Long Desc: A small faerie flies above the trees.

This sinister little creature is not like most of the other faeries
you've seen.  Its wings are dark and leathery instead of shimmering and
translucent, and you can tell from the expression on its face that this
faerie is up to no good.  You suspect that it comes from the Unseelie court,
but aren't sure why it has been sent to the physical plane.
He is a faerie approximately 0'1" tall.
