NPC: A forest hobbit
Long Desc: A nasty little forest hobbit watches you pass with beady little eyes.

This strange creature peers at you from within a large clump of bushes.
He is well under four feet tall, and has tufts of unkepmt hair growing all
over his body.  The hobbit is covered with dirt and grime, and you wonder if
he's ever had a bath in his life.  He must survive in this forest by
gathering edible plants and catching small animals for food.
He is a hobbit approximately 3'5" tall.
