NPC: A wild tarpan
Long Desc: A wild tarpan is here, galloping across the grassy hills.

This untamed horse can be found in any region where there is enough grass
for it to survive on.  This horse would rather kick you in the head than let
you mount it.  The wild horse lifts it's forelegs high over your head and
paws it's hoofs into the air.  The tarpan snorts though it's nose, showing
to all it's dislike for you to all in the area.  It's aggressive posture
doesn't look like it's going to let you get any closer to it.
It is a horse approximately 6'1" tall.
