NPC: The rat king
Long Desc: A huge rat with beady red eyes hisses and snarls at you.

This giant rat looks vaugely like a wolf in many of its features.  The
fangs protruding from his mouth look very sharp.  He is a very plump
creature that howls at the moonlight when it passes through his skylight.
He seems to have a small quantity of gold stashed under his torn cloak.
He is a unique approximately 4'7" tall.
