NPC: A dancer
Long Desc: One of the local dancers is here showing some wild dance moves.

Many of the elf folk have been hired in the castle as jugglers and
dancers for the Lady when she entertains guests.  They quite enjoy this line
of work mostly because of the free room and board.  They often assist others
of their own alignment in combat, if they think it is for a worthy cause.
He is a elf approximately 4'9" tall.
