NPC: A fey druid
Long Desc: A fey druid is here, meditating peacefully.

The fey druid is in the lotus position, levitating several feet above the
ground.  He appears to be all caught up in his meditation and does not seem
to notice you at all, but yet you feel as if something is watching you very
carefully.  Looking at his peaceful state, and the nagging feeling you have
of being watched, you decide that it would be unwise to disturb him while he
meditates.
He is a fey approximately 4'9" tall.
