NPC: A foul minion
Long Desc: A foul minion is here, running an errand for his master.

This servant seems very occupied with some errand his lord send him on,
He is constantly mumbling for himself, "Must remember....  Must remember
...."  He rushes quickly towards you, completely ignoring your presence, and
you have jump to the side to avoid colliding with him.  Not even the sight
of your raised fists as you swear at him, or the sound of your weapon being
drawn seems to get his attention.  Being ignored gets to you, and you are
filled with the urge to punish him.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
