NPC: A frost giant
Long Desc: A frost giant is here, cracking the icy ground when he walks.

This giant is from a tribe of frost giants who hunt upon the ice shelf.
At first you didn't notice him, for his skin is pale, almost as pale as the
ice itself, and he wears clothing made from the snow colored skins of the
animals that live in these surroundings.  The frost giants are very good
hunters, but when The food is sparse the frost giants have been known to
attack and eat travelers.
He is a giant approximately 24'1" tall.
