NPC: A wailing banshee
Long Desc: A wailing banshee is here, prophecising death and destruction.

The banshee was once a female elf that died without having reached her
goals in life, so now she has returned from the dead to haunt the world as a
banshee.  It is a horrible faith, for she is eternally damned to hate all
the living, the living which she once loved.  Not that it matters to the
banshee, for she has no memory of what she was, and all she cares about now
is the hate.  The banshee looks into your eyes and shrieks, sending a chill
through your spine.
She is a banshee approximately 5'5" tall.
