NPC: A screech owl
Long Desc: A white owl drifts by on silent wings.

A strange shadow on the ground alerts you to the presence of this creature,
the white of the bird in stark contrast to the surrounding trees.  Flying
low looking for prey this majestic feathered being swoops nearby.  The quiet
of the area is suddenly torn apart as the bird lets out its piercing
screech.
It is a bird approximately 1'7" tall.
