NPC: The witch, Agnes
Long Desc: The witch, Agnes, stands resurrected, back from damnation for vengeance!

Once the bane of Avros, Agnes was the most feared woman on the continent.
She terrorized and extorted Tellerium for years, until one day a wandering
priest by the name of Reverend Suddard came to Tellerium, and discovered the
sorceress plaguing the city.  In a simple yet elegant battle of words, he
tricked her into banishing herself from Tellerium, forever.  She eventually
died a quiet death, desolate and empty, bitter at being tricked out of her
own crimes.  She is now back, and hungry for the blood of those who wronged
her.  Reverend Suddard is long dead, but there are still citizens of
Tellerium and Templeton to prey on...
She is a minotaur approximately 6'1" tall.
