NPC: Tispherone
Long Desc: An ancient golden dragon is resting here, reading a tattered book.

This must be Tispherone, the ancient Archon Master.  When the Grimoirium
Magica was discovered by Glacius, the leader of the Council of the Arcane,
he consulted several of the oldest and wisest beings in Alyria regarding the
portent of releasing the spells to the world.  Tispherone has existed as
long as anyone can remember, and is said to have befriended the ancient
Druids as a much younger dragon, and taught them a great deal of lore.
She is a dragon approximately 9'1" tall.
