Long Desc: A patron enjoys a fine drink.

This tiny faerie is resting on the counter of the bar, and looks quite
content with the decor in the establishment.  It drinks from a mug no bigger
than a thimble, and smiles happily.  Although you can't imagine a resident
of the faerie plane wanting to vacation in New Rigel, apparently the
physical world is fascinating to them.
She is a faerie approximately 0'1" tall.
