NPC: A sooty faerie
Long Desc: A sooty faerie is here, covered in ash.

Covered in soot, this little faerie's teeth shine out of its darkened
face as it sends you a wry grin.  You wonder why it is so grubby, as it is
covered from head to toe with soot and ash, then you notice out the side of
its mouth is a huge cigar made of bark!  The next thing you see is that it
has a really bad smoking problem, it really cannot get the hang of it, and
ash and soot flies all over the place.
He is a faerie approximately 0'2" tall.
