NPC: Some phosphorescent fungus
Long Desc: A clump of phosphorescent fungus is here, glowing slightly.

This section of the cavern seems to be much brighter than anywhere else,
and you eventually notice that the light is coming from strange clumps of
vegitation such as this one.  The greenish-grey fungus grows all over the
floor, and emits a weak but noticable light.  As you pass by the plant
shudders violently, perhaps it is more than it seems.
It is a plant approximately 5'7" tall.
