NPC: The greeter
Long Desc: The New Rigel greeter stands here proud and happy.

The greeter waves hello to you, making a gesture that you enter the
amazing town that he is so fond of.  He is wearing very nice, showing the
pride and satisfaction he has with his job.  The greeter shows you an
explanatory map of the town so that you will not get lost.  Then, just as
soon as he waved hello to you, he waves goodbye with a big grin on his face.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
