NPC: A thieving fey
Long Desc: A sinister looking fey slinks along the corridor.

This cloaked humanoid slinks forth with long, pronounced strides.
Visibly covered in only a large gray tunic, this intruder blends into the
dark background secretly.  Light glistens off two beady eyes deep set in the
fey's skull.  Two large protuberances swell in the back of its cloak.
It is a fey approximately 4'9" tall.
