NPC: A squeaking gray rat
Long Desc: A gray rat sqeaks as it scampers along the ground.

This small gray shaggy-haired rodent looks up and squeaks nonchalantly.
It scampers around incredibly quickly, unhesitant around human beings.
Though not serious, the castle has a rat infestation problem.  Tiny black
eyes sit upon the rat's long nose-tipped snout, and five tiny sharp claws
conclude each of his legs.
It is a rodent approximately 1'6" tall.
