NPC: A portcullis guard
Long Desc: A rather large man stands here at the portcullis gates.

A large man stands guard in front of the town.  His eyes are bright and
ever watchful of anything that may seem out of the norm.  He wears armor
that is common to all the other guards of the town, a mixture of blues upon
his uniform, making it match the sky.  The portcullis guards are the elites
of the guards, as they are the front line of defense.  They will always help
one another if they are in trouble.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
