NPC: An off-duty guard
Long Desc: An off-duty guard takes a leisurely stroll, still alert for trouble.

This guard hardly fits in with the populace.  His muscles bulge from
beneath his civilian clothes, and his face is a hardened one.  His hands
are in his pockets, ready to be drawn at any moment.  Though he is off-duty,
he still wears a hat with the New Kolvir guard insignia.  Some citizens keep
their distance from him while passing.
It is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
