NPC: A perplexed snarfurgle
Long Desc: A larger than normal snarfurgle stands here, its entire body shaking fitfully.

This snarfurgle seems to be having some kind of fit, its whole body
convulses as it turns and opens two beady, slime covered eyes.  Shaking its
long arms above a grotesque head, it turns and looks for something (or
someone) to take its obvious frustration out on.  Sharp spikes protrude from
the back of its hands, dripping with, what seems to be, some kind of venom.
A foul smell permeates the surrounding air, and a slimy liquid dribbles from
its body onto the floor.
It is a sea serpent approximately 20'9" tall.
