NPC: A dough-faced snarfurgle
Long Desc: A dough-faced snarfurgle cowers in the corner, awaiting food.

The most cowardly, snivelling, grovelling snarfurgle ever to walk the
face of the world mumbles to itself insanely here.  Its eyes darting back
and forth in search of some kind of creature to devour.  Barely
acknowledging the existence of any movement in the room, it goes about its
life in an idiotic daze.  Unaware of any reality aside from the glorious
feeling when it devours its next meal, it seems to shrink into the moat
water.  Although some snarfurgles have been known to speak fluently, this
obviously is one of the mutant freaks who was discarded to the moat at its
birth.
It is a sea serpent approximately 20'1" tall.
