NPC: A small octopus
Long Desc: A small octopus swims in the water, each of its legs moving separately.

In the dim light, this small octopus's thick mucousy skin looks pink.  It
has too many legs to count off-hand, each moving separately.  The octopus is
rumored to be one of the most intelligent creatures of the water.  Luckily,
this octopus isn't with its friends.
It is a octopus approximately 5'5" tall.
