NPC: A frenzying piranha
Long Desc: A red and blue piranha frenzies over some mutilated meat.

This shiny red and blue fish disturbs the water creating lots of foam
when tearing its prey to shreds.  It has thousands of tiny sharp teeth and
will eat just about anything.  Its tail and fins move extremely quickly
while attacking the corpse it's devouring.  They are known to attack and
travel in groups, but devour their own without hesitation.
It is a fish approximately 1'5" tall.
