NPC: A minotaur warlord
Long Desc: A minotaur warlord is here, hunting a tiger.

The minotaur warlord is running through the equatorial jungle in pursuit
of a tiger.  The tribe is short of food, making this task even more urgent.
Outside of his sight you notice him kneel down checking the tracks that have
been left behind by the tiger he is following.  He quickly rights him self
and heads away from you, moving at an accelerated pace.  The tigers must be
fairly close in this area and it might be wise to keep an eye out for it.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'9" tall.
