Long Desc: A moaning female spirit wails in misery.

The spirit of a slain female elf is wandering about and groaning in
misery.  It appears to be searching for something that tears at its soul and
anchors it here in the mortal realm.  Legend has it such creatures
frequently become banshees, warning the living of impending death.  Her
continual groaning is striking a chord within your being.  Isn't there
anything you can do to help this creature?
She is a banshee approximately 5'5" tall.
