NPC: A zombie pirate
Long Desc: A long-dead pirate stands here fading in and out of visibility.

This pirate was once human, but some necromantic force ripped away its
soul and now it roams these docks as a warning of what could happen to those
who come this way.  Periodically it seems as if it simply ceases to be, and
then in an instant returning back to where it was.
He is a zombie approximately 5'5" tall.
