NPC: A hideous harpy
Long Desc: A hideous harpy is here, screeching violently.

The harpies were once a group of evil witches who were transformed into
this repulsive form by an archmage and banished into the mountains never to
return.  However, you have unfortunatley stumbled upon her and she's not
very happy to see you.  The screeching voice these harpies make can cause
you to go deaf permanently, so watch out!
She is a harpy approximately 5'5" tall.
