NPC: A baleful basilisk
Long Desc: A hissing basilisk slowly turns its gaze towards you.

A small basilisk glares towards you aggressively.  You can't help but
remember the old tales.  Basilisks are said to be so vile that their mere
glance can turn its beholder to stone.  You carefully avert your gaze and
hope the legends are not true as you try to circle around the reptile.  You
reason if you attack it from behind you may be safe.
He is a basilisk approximately 6'1" tall.
