NPC: A gnome settler
Long Desc: One of Vesuvius' local settlers wanders along the tunnels.

After several centuries of magical preparation and protection, a small
town was created in the bowels of Vesuvius.  The creators of this town have
since dissappeared and a gnomish colony has moved in.  This local settler
makes his living mining the ores from the surrounding stone and selling them
to the local shops.
She is a gnome approximately 4'1" tall.
