NPC: A gnome miner
Long Desc: A small gnome pauses to wipe sweat from his face after a hard day of mining.

Covered in rock particles and dirt this gnome obviously enjoys his work.
A childish smile appears on his face as he looks at you, showing off his
newest find.  A large barrel of gems and ore has been set behind him and
nearly filled.  Hardly slowing his work he throws another gem into the cart
and then continues on his way.
He is a gnome approximately 4'3" tall.
