NPC: A wizened old man
Long Desc: An old man, wearing unfashionable knight's leisurewear sits here.

This old man looks as though he has been sitting here for a very long
time, with his withered limbs and ghostly complexion.  His muscles have all
atrophied, and his old-fashioned clothing has taken on wrinkles as part of
its normal existence.  A fine layer of dust has settled over him, and it
looks like he's still not going anywhere soon.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
