Long Desc: The decaying corpse of a great lord is staring right at you.

This hideous creature was once an important member of the Seelie Court.
However, he must have been captured by the Fey and put to death.  If the
rumors you've heard are true, he was probably tortured first and killed in
the most painful way imaginable.  As if death wasn't enough, his corpse
seems to have been reanimated by fey necromancers and made to serve their
evil purposes.  Perhaps destroying this apparition would set his spirit
free.
He is a faerie approximately 0'1" tall.
