NPC: Corporal Mendak
Long Desc: A smartly-dressed member of the Unseelie armed forces sits here, eating.

Corporal Mendak is well known around the castle, not just for his hearty
appetite, but for his tendency to make bets he can't win.  A vociferous
gambler, his is the sort that would stop looting and burning New Rigel
during the Invasion in order to take a break in the casino.  Every man has
his vice, but few vices are as likely to make one lose one's shirt.
He is a fey approximately 4'8" tall.
