NPC: The magician
Long Desc: A man stands here, invoking the spirit of the earth itself.

The Magician is not someone to mess with.  He stands before a wooden
table draped in the ceremonial gowns of invocation.  He has drawn a circle
in the earth and is surrounded by a deep shield of fire which does not burn
him.  He concentrates on the four symbols of power in the tarot, and they
glow with a soft magical light.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
