NPC: The Star
Long Desc: A woman known as the Star, pours out liquid from two containers.

The star is a kind woman who embodies the aspects of hope, inspiration,
serenity, and most of all generosity.  You notice she is giving the two
substances which support life back to the ground, as to symbolically show
her love for nature.  She appears to not be wearing clothing, but a bright
glow about her does not allow you to see her skin clearly.
She is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
