Long Desc: A terrible nightmare is here, ready to consume your dreams.

This bizarre creature is clearly not a resident of the physical or
ethereal plane.  It looks like a chaotic black cloud of sorts, but it is
covered with many eyes and mouths.  You realize that this must be a
nightmare, summoned here from the astral plane by the Dark Power.  You can
feel the creature probing your memories, ready to consume the hopes and
dreams you hold most dear.
It is a nightmare approximately 5'5" tall.
